WIP Amnesty (sorta) Fic: Star Wars - Daughter O' the Sith
How did I come to write a Star Wars AU that was so odd, that I wasn't sure if I should post it?

Grey Bard: Okay, having read a lot of fic and non fic where it's the other way around
Why isn't ever the *good* person who's all casual and charming and "Leave this crappy life, you know you don't like it" to the person stuck in a criminal existance? Because, you know, it could be cool.

And criminals/people on the wrong side are less likely to have duty issues.You know, a casual seduction to the good side – not "You Are Evil, Repent, Come Be Clean" It could be... I don't know… Cool.

Kadorienne: I'm not sure it would be believable, though.

Grey Bard: Oh, I don't know. It would have to be the *right* kind of good person. Not a crusader or a fighter of evil, but a just sort of lazily easily nonevil type, who doesn't get too hung up about people’s pasts. Who is all:

"What do you wanna listen to Mr. Evil for? He'll get you killed. Work for yourself.”

“Nah, I mean it. I think you could pull it off. Might be fun"

"Why not take his blow up the world money, call in an anonymous tip and be in Mexico before the cops come?"

Kadorienne: I have a challenge for you: write that.

Grey Bard: Okay. Got any ideas where I should put it? Um... Ocean's 11? Or how about… Waaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!

STAR WARS AU! Leia is all Daughter O' The Sith. Not having done serious actual evil or anything, but definately Daddy's Obedient Daughter. And then, you know, Han came along. Little did the Empire know what it was in for!
